高度传染性疾病战创伤伤病员空运后送医疗团队建设发展综述

Research advances in development of aeromedical evacuation team for casualties with highly infectious diseases

高度传染性疾病已成为卫生紧急事件和社会严重关切的问题,如何安全有效空运后送高度传染性疾病战创伤伤病员,是野战医学目前亟须解决的问题。本研究从医疗团队的人员组成、训练与演练、个人防护、心理建设四个方面总结并分析国内外高度传染性疾病战创伤伤病员空运后送医疗团队的建设现状,探索我军高度传染性疾病伤员空运后送医疗团队建设的方法,为完成联合作战传染性伤员空运后送任务提供理论支撑。

In terms of public health emergencies and serious concerns,how to safely and effectively evacuate casualties with highly infectious diseases by air is an urgent problem to be solved in the battlefield medicine at present.In this review,the present status of aeromedical evacuation teams at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed from four aspects,including personnel composition,training and exercise,personal protection and psychological protection to explore the method of construction of aeromedical evacuation team for combat casualties care with highly infectious diseases,so as to provide theoretical support for the aeromedical evacuation task for infectious casualties in joint operations.
