Research on Multi-dimensional Measurement of the Development Level of Digital Economy

数字经济规模测算是数字经济研究的核心领域。文章基于现有研究阐述数字经济概念,评述数字经济测算方法的发展历程,在此基础上介绍投入产出法、熵值法、主成分分析法三种指数编制方法的具体应用,分别运用这三种方法对我国行业数字经济发展和省级数字经济发展进行多维度评估,并提出相应的政策建议。

Measurement of Digital Economy Scale is the core field of digital economy research.This paper reviews methods of the development of digital economy measurement.Then on this basis,it introduces the specific application of three index compilation methods,namely,input-output method,entropy method and principal component analysis method.After that,these three methods above are respectively used to conduct a multi-dimensional assessment of China’s industrial digital economy development and provincial digital economy development.Finally,the paper will put forward corresponding policy suggestions.
