一株野生肺形侧耳的菌丝生长特性及人工栽培初探 被引量:4

摘要 采用组织分离法对采自湖南省湘乡市翻江镇洪门村的一株野生侧耳进行分离,并完成品种鉴定、菌丝特性研究以及初步栽培试验。试验结果表明,经鉴定该菌株为肺形侧耳;其菌丝最适生长的条件为25℃、pH 6~7、黑暗培养,最适碳源为蔗糖,最适氮源为酵母粉。与用木屑和稻草培养料栽培该菌株的试验结果相比,用配方为稻草40%、莲蓬壳40%、米糠19%、葡萄糖1%的培养料进行栽培后,其主要生产指标没有明显差异;因此,莲蓬壳可作为栽培肺形侧耳的培养料主料之一。在湖南莲产区进行肺形侧耳栽培的推广应用,具有可循环经济效益。 A wild Pleurotus strain collected from Hongmen Village,Fanjiang Town,Xiangxiang City,Hunan Province,was isolated by tissue separation method,and the species identification,mycelial characteristics research and preliminary cultivation experiments were completed.The experimental results showed that the strain was identified as Pleurotus pulmonarius.The optimal growth conditions of its mycelia were 25 ℃,pH 6-7,dark culture,the most suitable carbon source is sucrose,the most suitable nitrogen source is yeast powder.Compared with the test results of cultivation with sawdust and straw,the main production indicators were not significantly different after cultivation with the substrate formula of 40% straw,40% lotus shell,19%rice bran and 1% glucose.Therefore,lotus husks can be used as one of the main materials for the cultivation of P.pulmonarius.The popularization and application of the P.pulmonarius cultivation in the lotus production area of Hunan will have recyclable economic benefits.
