摘要
菌糠的再利用是实现循环经济的关键点。通过以大球盖菇菌糠为材料,利用发酵菌糠复配成育苗基质进行辣椒穴盘育苗试验,以研究基质的栽培效果。结果表明,辣椒育苗基质随着加入的菌糠量增加,各理化指标都逐渐增加。发酵菌糠本身和其混配的辣椒育苗基质除了持水孔隙度低于45%,需要混配持水较好的材料或者经常浇水,其他测定理化指标都在国家农业部颁布的蔬菜育苗基质行业标准内。菌糠与草炭比例为1∶2时辣椒苗出苗率、株高和茎粗都最好,1∶1时次之,说明使用大球盖菇菌糠代替部分草炭进行种植可行。
The reuse of mushroom chaff is the key point to realize circular economy.Stropharia rugosoannulata chaff is used as the material,and the fermented chaff is used as the seedling substrate to carry out the pepper pot seedling experiment,in order to study the cultivation effect of the substrate.The results showed that the physical and chemical indexes of pepper seedling substrate increased gradually with the addition of bacterial bran.The fermented chaff itself and its mixed pepper seedling substrate,except that the water holding porosity is less than 45%,and materials with good water holding capacity need to be mixed or watered frequently,other measured physical and chemical indicators are within the vegetable seedling substrate industry standard issued by the Ministry of agriculture.When the ratio of mushroom bran to peat is 1 ∶ 2,the seedling emergence rate,plant height and stem diameter of pepper are the best,followed by 1 ∶ 1,which indicates that S.rugosoannulata chaff can replace part of peat for planting.
