我国香菇杂交育种相关技术发展

Development of Cross Breeding Related Technologies of Lentinula edodes in China

香菇的栽培规模在我国排名第一,世界排名第二,是食用菌中的重要品种。菌种是香菇产业发展最重要的制约因素之一。香菇育种技术有许多种,而在香菇品种选育中使用最多、最有效的技术还是杂交育种。通过综述我国香菇杂交育种及其相关技术发展情况,为今后香菇新品种选育提供参考。

Lentinula edodes is an important variety of edible fungus with the largest cultivation scale in China and the second largest cultivation scale in the world.One of the most important restrictive factors for the development of L.edodes industry is culture.There are many kinds of L.edodes breeding technology,and the most commonly used and effective technology in L.edodes breeding is cross breeding.The development of L.edodes cross breeding and its related technologies in China was summarized,so as to provide some references for the breeding of new L.edodes varieties in the future.
