摘要
通过对比不同容器规格条件下一年生多叶棘豆幼苗生长及根系发育状况,选出适宜的容器规格,为蒙药材多叶棘豆幼苗保苗率和移栽成活提供科学依据。以蒙药多叶棘豆种子为对象,配置好的育苗土装进3种不同规格聚乙烯塑料容器,将多叶棘豆种子进行播种,播种后40 d开始随机取样,分别测量其幼苗生长的形态指标,探明不同育苗容器下多叶棘豆幼苗生长及根系发育差异,并筛选最佳的容器规格。不同容器对多叶棘豆株高、叶片数、主茎粗(地径)、主根粗、主根长、侧根长和侧根数7个生长指标的影响均有显著差异,大容器对幼苗生长具有促进效应,并且有利于多叶棘豆幼苗根系发育生长。不同育苗容器对多叶棘豆幼苗生长及根系发育均有显著差异,最佳的育苗容器为6 cm×12 cm聚乙烯塑料容器,有底,底部打孔育苗盘。
To select the appropriate container specifications by comparing the growth and root development of annual Oxytropis myriophylla seedlings under different container specifications,so as to provide scientific basis for seedling survival rate and transplanting survival rate of Oxytropis myriophylla seedlings.The seeds of Oxytropis myriophylla,a Mongolian medicine,were planted in three polyethylene plastic containers with different specifications.After 40 days of sowing,the seeds were randomly sampled,and the morphological indexes of seedling growth were measured.The differences of seedling growth and root development of Oxytropis myriophylla in different seedling containers were found out,and the best container specifi-cations were selected.There were significant differences in the effects of different containers on seven growth indexes of Oxytropis myriophylla,such as plant height,leaf number,main stem diameter(ground diameter),main root diameter,main stem diameter,lateral root length,lateral root number,etc.Large containers could promote the growth of seedlings,and were beneficial to the root development of Oxytropis myriophylla seedlings.Different seedling containers have significant differences in seedling growth and root development of Oxytropis myriophylla.The best seedling container is a 6cm×12cm polyethylene plastic container with a bottom which is aperforated bottom.
