基因编辑育种对县域农业经济发展的潜在提升作用

基因编辑技术的迅猛发展带来生命科学领域的爆发发展,在基因组编辑育种领域出现应对气候变化、粮食安全、营养和健康、环境可持续性和农业多样化方面的科研创新,目前应用推广因对监管、法律和贸易框架及社会认可的担忧而受到抑制。该文通过介绍基因编辑技术在作物育种中的应用,分析基因编辑技术在我国粮食生产原有的基础上存在进一步突破瓶颈的潜力。进一步利用知网可视化分析工具展现我国在基因编辑技术领域的发展速度,以及Web of Science分析国际基因编辑在不同领域发展情况,揭示我国基因编辑育种在人才储备及政策支持上存在飞跃的潜力。县域经济作为国民经济的基本单元,是连接城镇和乡村的重要枢纽,具有区域性、综合性、层次性、集聚性和扩散性等特点,也是实现基因编辑育种技术落地的现实基础。因此基因编辑育种将在技术、生态、金融及教育发展上促进县域经济的绿色发展并利用农产品地域差异化避免县域经济的同质化竞争和资源浪费,为实现县域经济发展提供重要支撑。

The rapid development of gene editing technology has brought about explosive developments in the field of life sciences,with scientific innovations in response to climate change,food security,nutrition and health,environmental sustainability and agricultural diversification in the field of genome editing and breeding.At present,application and promotion is constrained by concerns about regulatory,legal and trade frameworks and social recognition.By introducing the application of gene editing technology in crop breeding,this paper analyzes the potential of gene editing technology to further break through the bottleneck on the basis of grain production in China.Furthermore,the visual analysis tool of knowledge net is used to show the development speed of China in the field of gene editing technology,as well as the development of international gene editing by Web of Science analysis in different fields,which reveals the potential of leap in talent reserve and policy support in gene editing and breeding in China.As the basic unit of the national economy,the county economy is an important hub connecting cities and villages,with the characteristics of regionality,comprehensiveness,hierarchy,agglomeration and diffusivity,and it is also the realistic basis for realizing the landing of gene editing and breeding technology.Therefore,gene editing and breeding will promote the green development of county economy in the development of technology,ecology,finance and education,and make use of the regional differentiation of agricultural products to avoid homogenized competition and waste of resources of county economy and provide important support for the development of county economy.
