磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗门诊流感病毒感染患儿的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of oseltamivir phosphate granules in the treatment of outpatient children with influenza virus infection

目的分析磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗门诊流感病毒感染患儿的疗效。方法120例门诊流感病毒感染患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组患儿采用热毒宁注射液治疗,研究组患儿采用热毒宁注射液联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗。对比两组患儿的治疗效果、不良反应发生率及家长满意度。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的88.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿不良反应发生率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患儿的家长总满意率为98.33%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊流感病毒感染患儿采用磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗的效果显著,能够促进病情康复,且不会增加不良反应,安全性较高,家长满意度高,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of oseltamivir phosphate granules in the treatment of outpatient children with influenza virus infection.Methods A total of 120 outpatient children with influenza virus infection were randomly divided into control group and research group by random numerical table,with 60 cases in each group.Children in the control group were treated with Reduning injection,and children in the research group were treated with Reduning injection combined with oseltamivir phosphate granules.The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the research group was 98.33%,which was higher than 88.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The parental satisfaction in the research group was 98.33%,which was higher than 86.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oseltamivir phosphate granules has significant effect on outpatient children with influenza virus infection,and can promote recovery without increasing adverse reaction.It has high safety and high parental satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment.
