埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of esomeprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastric ulcer

目的探究埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性胃溃疡的疗效。方法100例Hp相关性胃溃疡患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用奥美拉唑进行治疗,观察组采用埃索美拉唑进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状评分、炎症因子[白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平及不良反应发生率、Hp清除率。结果治疗后,观察组患者腹痛、嗳气、腹胀以及烧灼感评分分别为(0.36±0.13)、(0.53±0.42)、(0.43±0.06)、(0.53±0.12)分,均低于对照组的(1.53±0.42)、(1.56±0.12)、(1.46±0.31)、(1.34±0.33)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者IL-8、TNF-α水平分别为(1.26±0.24)、(2.58±0.36)ng/ml,均低于对照组的(2.61±0.47)、(4.53±1.39)ng/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率2.00%低于对照组的14.00%,Hp清除率94.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对Hp相关性胃溃疡患者,埃索美拉唑能有效缓解患者临床症状,清除Hp的效果更显著,且不良反应更少。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of esomeprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-associated gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 100 patients with Hp-associated gastric ulcer were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,and the observation group was treated with esomeprazole.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical symptom score,inflammatory factors[interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor cell necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions,and Hp clearance rate.Results After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,belching,abdominal distension and burning sensation in the observation group were(0.36±0.13),(0.53±0.42),(0.43±0.06),and(0.53±0.12)points,which were lower than(0.53±0.42),(1.56±0.12),(1.46±0.31),and(1.34±0.33)points in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-8 and TNF-αin the observation group were(1.26±0.24)and(2.58±0.36)ng/ml,which were lower than(2.61±0.47)and(4.53±1.39)ng/ml in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 2.00%in the observation group was lower than 14.00%in the control group,and the Hp clearance rate 94.00%was higher than 80.00%in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with Hp-associated gastric ulcer,esomeprazole can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,with more significant Hp clearance and fewer adverse reactions.
