自拟中药方剂治疗阴虚夹瘀型早搏患者的效果探讨

Effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription in the treatment of premature beats due to Yin deficiency and blood stasis

目的分析自拟中药方剂治疗阴虚夹瘀型早搏患者的临床效果。方法90例阴虚夹瘀型早搏患者,随机分为对照组和和观察组,各45例。对照组患者行西药治疗,观察组患者行自拟中药方剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应和心脏负荷诱发早搏发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.78%高于对照组的84.44%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率4.44%、心脏负荷诱发早搏发生率8.89%均明显低于对照组的17.78%、44.44%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予阴虚夹瘀型早搏患者自拟中药方剂治疗能够显著提升临床疗效和安全性,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription in the treatment of premature beats due to Yin deficiency and blood stasis.Methods A total of 90 patients with premature beat due to Yin deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,and patients in the observation group were treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and premature beats induced by cardiac load were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 97.78%of the observation group was higher than 84.44%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.44%,and the incidence of premature beats induced by cardiac load was 8.89%,which were significantly lower than 17.78%and 44.44%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and safety of patients with premature beats due to Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,which has the value of promotion.
