腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者应用快速康复护理的疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of fast-track surgery nursing in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer

目的探讨腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者应用快速康复护理的疗效。方法64例腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组32例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组实施快速康复护理。比较两组护理前后焦虑、抑郁评分及护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果护理前,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均显著低于护理前,且实验组汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分(11.45±1.01)分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(10.21±0.45)分显著低于对照组的(15.56±2.01)、(14.21±1.24)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理满意度评分为(95.78±3.01)分,高于对照组的(83.12±2.45)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率3.13%低于对照组的25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者实施快速康复护理效果确切,可减少相关并发症的发生,减轻患者的情绪障碍,加速术后康复和提升满意度。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of fast-track surgery nursing in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods A total of 64 patients with laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group received fast-track surgery nursing.The anxiety score and depression score before and after nursing,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale in both groups were significantly lower than those before nursing in this group;the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale were(11.45±1.01)and(10.21±0.45)points in experimental group,which were significantly lower than(15.56±2.01)and(14.21±1.24)points in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was(95.78±3.01)points,which was higher than(83.12±2.45)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 3.13%in the experimental group was lower than 25.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fast-track surgery nursing has definite effect on patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer,which can reduce the occurrence of related complications,reduce the emotional disturbance of patients,accelerate postoperative recovery and improve satisfaction.
