玉屏风散合麻黄附子细辛汤治疗过敏性鼻炎的研究进展

Research progress of Yupingfeng powder combined with Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

过敏性鼻炎具有反复发作的特征,主要临床症状包括鼻痒、鼻塞流清涕以及喷嚏等,往往会对患者的日常生活质量产生负面影响。近年来,玉屏风散、麻黄附子细辛汤逐渐于临床过敏性鼻炎患者治疗中广泛应用,且均取得了显著疗效。本文将结合近年来有关研究作为参考依据,对玉屏风散、麻黄附子细辛汤治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床研究、药理研究展开综述,以期为临床治疗提供帮助。

Allergic rhinitis is characterized by recurrent attacks,and the main clinical symptoms include nasal itching,nasal congestion,runny nose and sneezing,which often have a negative impact on the quality of patients'daily life.In recent years,Yupingfeng powder and Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction have been widely used in the treatment of clinical allergic rhinitis patients,and they have achieved significant efficacy.This article will review the clinical research and pharmacological research of Yupingfeng powder and Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis based on the relevant research in recent years,in order to provide help for clinical treatment.
