指纹图谱结合一测多评法测定金银花叶的化学成分

摘要 为开发利用金银花叶资源,采用HPLC-DAD方法建立金银花叶HPLC指纹图谱,并用一测多评法(QAMS)和外标法相结合的质量评价模式,测定一年12个月不同时期内金银花叶中12种成分的含量,验证此方法测定金银花叶成分的可行性和准确性.结果显示,12个月中金银花叶的HPLC指纹图谱相似度大于0.925;QAMS法测得的金银花叶中12种成分含量与外标法测定结果相比较,两组数据无显著性差异(P>0.05).由此说明,指纹图谱与QAMS相结合评价金银花叶质量的方法简便、准确度高、重复性好,可为金银花叶的质量评价提供参考,为金银花叶的进一步开发利用提供依据. In order to develop and utilize the resources of Lonicera japonica leaves,HPLC fingerprint combined with the quality evaluation of QAMS and ESM was established by HPLC-DAD method. The contents of 12 components of Lonicera japonica leaves in 12 months were determined,and the feasibility and accuracy of the method were investigated. The results show that the similarities of HPLC fingerprints of 12 batches of Lonicera japonica leaves were more than 0.925. No significant differences(P>0.05)were found between the content determination results of QAMS and ESM. The established method is simple,accurate and repeatable,which can be used in the quality control of Lonicera japonica leaves and can provide scientific basis for the further development and utilization of Lonicera japonica leaves.
