陡峻山区输电铁塔结构风荷载分布特性分析

摘要 风害是导致陡峻山区输电杆塔损伤的重要因素,分析陡峻山区输电铁塔结构风荷载分布特性,为研究陡峻山区输电杆塔故障机理提供精准数据支持.以山区酒杯型输电杆塔为研究目标,依据其几何参数与物理参数,使用参数化设计语言APDL编写输电杆塔特征参数模板后,利用有限元软件Ansys构建输电杆塔参数化模型.在输电杆塔有限元模型内,模拟不同风荷载情况并使用数学计算方式计算山区输电杆塔受风压情况,得到铁塔结构风荷载分布特性.实验结果表明:山区输电杆塔最大正应力和负应力为轴对称关系;不考虑输电杆塔自身重量情况下,测试点与地面距离越近,其受风力荷载时的位移数值越小,对称测试点间的轴应力数值越小;输电杆塔测试点位置越靠近地面,其纵向荷载数值越高,受风速和风向角影响越小. Wind damage is an important factor leading to the damage of transmission tower in steep mountain area.The wind load distribution characteristics of transmission tower structure in steep mountain area are analyzed to provide accurate data support for the study of transmission tower fault mechanism in steep mountain area. Taking the mountain wine cup shaped transmission tower as the research goal,according to its geometric and physical parameters,the transmission tower characteristic parameter template is compiled by using the parametric design language APDL,and the transmission tower parametric model is constructed by using the finite element software Ansys. In the finite element model of transmission tower,different wind loads are simulated and the wind pressure of transmission tower in mountainous area is calculated by mathematical calculation method to obtain the wind load distribution characteristics of transmission tower structure. The experimental results show that the maximum positive stress and negative stress of transmission tower in mountainous area are axisymmetric relationship.Without considering the weight of the transmission tower,the closer the test point is to the ground,the smaller the displacement value under wind load and the smaller the axial stress value between the symmetrical test points. The closer the test point of transmission tower is to the ground,the higher the longitudinal load value and the less affected by wind speed and wind direction angle.
