基于VOSviewer和CiteSpace的舌诊客观化知识图谱可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Objective Knowledge Map of Tongue Diagnosis Based on VOSviewer and CiteSpace

目的利用知识图谱方法分析40余年来国内中医舌诊客观化的研究现状,并探讨未来发展方向。方法以舌诊客观化为研究主题,分别检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),检索时段为1976年1月—2021年10月。利用CiteSpace及VOSviewer软件,对作者及机构合作网络、关键词聚类、关键词共现等进行可视化图谱分析。结果共纳入中文文献1056篇,年发文量呈现波动上升的趋势,形成若干较稳定的研究团队,但团队之间合作并不紧密。发文量最高的作者为王忆勤(54篇)、许家佗(38篇)、李福凤(31篇);关键词频次排名靠前的有舌象(144次)、中医舌诊(93次)、舌诊客观化(87次)等;发文量较大的研究机构为上海中医药大学、北京工业大学、北京中医药大学;关键词突现强度较强的有深度学习(11.63)、人工智能(8.62)、特征提取(5.57)等。结论本研究运用知识图谱的研究方法,较直观地展现了中医舌诊客观化在中医药领域40余年的研究概况,为中医舌诊客观化研究提供参考。

Objective To analyze the research status of objectification of tongue diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in China in the past 40 years by using the method of knowledge map,and to explore the future development direction.Methods Taking the objectification of tongue diagnosis as the research subject,literature in China National Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang database,VIP Chinese Technology Periodical Database,and China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc)from January 1976 to October 2021 was retrieved.The author and organization cooperation network,keyword clustering,and keyword co-occurrence were analyzed by using CiteSpace and VOSviewer.Results A total of 1056 Chinese papers were included.The annual publication of papers showed an increasing trend with fluctuation.Several stable research teams were formed,but the cooperation among teams was not close.The authors with the largest amount of papers were Wang Yiqin(54),Xu Jiatuo(38),and Li Fufeng(31).The keywords with the highest frequency were tongue manifestation(144 times),tongue diagnosis of TCM(93 times),objectification of tongue diagnosis(87 times),etc.Research institutions with a large number of publications included Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Technology,and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.The keywords with strong emergence included deep learning(11.63),artificial intelligence(8.62),feature extraction(5.57),etc.Conclusion Using the research method of knowledge map,this study intuitively shows the research overview of the objectification of tongue diagnosis in the field of TCM for more than 40 years,and provides references for the objectification of tongue diagnosis of TCM.
