水平连铸工艺对Cu-15Ni-8Sn合金板材表面质量的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了Cu-15Ni-8Sn合金板材的水平连铸工艺对其表面质量的影响,发现水平连铸合金板材的表面质量受到保温炉内保温温度、拉铸过程的拉坯速度和铸型内冷却水流量的显著影响,同时这三个工艺参数对合金板材凝固的固-液界面位置和形状也产生决定性影响,当连铸工艺使固-液界面位置处于石墨板熔体入口1/4处且固-液界面形状较为平直时,所制备的合金板材具有良好的表面质量,此时合金水平连铸的工艺为保温温度1250℃、拉坯速度80 mm/min、冷却水流量400~700 L/h。 The influence of the horizontal continuous casting process of Cu-15Ni-8Sn alloy sheet on its surface quality was studied,and it was found that the surface quality of the horizontal continuous casting alloy sheet was affected by the holding temperature in the holding furnace,the drawing speed of the drawing casting process and the cooling water flow in the mold has a significant impact,and these three process parameters also have a decisive impact on the solid-liquid interface position and shape of the alloy sheet solidification.When the continuous casting process makes the solid-liquid interface position at the graphite plate melt inlet 1/4 and the shape of the solid-liquid interface is relatively straight,the prepared alloy sheet has good surface quality.At this time,the alloy horizontal continuous casting process is holding temperature 1250℃,drawing speed 80 mm/min,cooling water flow 400~700 L/h.
