温通刮痧法预防带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效及对焦虑、睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Wentong Scraping Method on Preventing Postherpetic Neuralgia and Its Influence on Anxiety and Sleep Quality

目的探讨温通刮痧法预防带状疱疹后遗神经痛(Postherpeticneuralgia,PHN)的临床疗效及对焦虑、睡眠质量的影响。方法前瞻性选取2019年5月—2020年10月期间黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院收治的90例PHN患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各45例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,治疗组采取常规西药治疗+温通刮痧法。治疗4周后,观察比较两组患者疗效,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、焦虑自评量表(Self-ratomganxietyseale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评估其疼痛、焦虑、抑郁、睡眠及不良反应情况。结果治疗4周后,治疗组治疗总有效率88.64%(39/44)高于对照组69.77%(30/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗2、4周后VAS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组VAS评分明显低于对照组同期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗2、4周后SAS、SDS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组同期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗2、4周后PSQI评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组PSQI评分明显低于对照组同期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,治疗组不良反应发生率为9.09%(4/44)与对照组6.98%(3/43)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温通刮痧法可提高PHN患者治疗效果,缓解疼痛,减轻焦虑、抑郁,改善睡眠质量,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Wentong scraping method on preventing postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)and its influence on anxiety and sleep quality.Methods A total of 90 PHN patients in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to December 2020 were prospectively selected and divided into the control group(n=45)and the treatment group(n=45)by a random number table.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while those in the treatment group received conventional western medicine+Wentong scraping method.The curative effect of the two groups of patients was compared after 4 weeks of treatment.In addition,the visual analogue scale(VAS),self-rating anxietys cale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were used to evaluate the pain,anxiety,depression,sleep and adverse reactions.Results During the treatment period,2 cases in the control group were lost to follow-up for no clear reason and were determined to be drop out cases,and 1 in the treatment group was excluded due to poor medication compliance.Finally,43 cases and 44 cases were included in the control group and the treatment group,respectively.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group[88.64%(39/44)]was higher than that[69.77%(30/43)]in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of VAS,SAS,SDS and PSQI in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 9.09%(4/44)and that in the control group was 6.98%(3/43),with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The Wentong scraping method could improve the curative effect of PHN patients,relieve pain,reduce anxiety and depression,and improve sleep quality,with high safety.
