摘要
近几年,随着工业的快速发展,各个行业对自动化水平的要求日益提高,工业机械臂、机器人已被广泛地用于各种工业领域,在现代自动化行业中无人机等移动工具也相继崛起,基于无人移动自主建造平台的现场建造技术成为数字建造领域的重要研究方向。该文以无人机群自主建造复合纤维结构为研究对象,探讨无人机自主建造复合纤维结构体系的可行性,探究适用于无人机自主建造的设计方法,建立无人机实时控制系统,搭建可视化界面平台,并结合相关研究成果对复合纤维结构进行实地建造试验,从而论证并总结出适合于无人机复合纤维结构自主建造的关键技术。
In recent years, with the rapid development of industry, various industries have increasing requirements for the level of automation. Industrial manipulators and robots have been widely used in various industrial fields. UAV, AGV and other mobile tools have also sprung up in the modern automation industry. On-site construction technology based on unmanned mobile independent construction platform has become an important research direction in the field of digital construction. Taking the self-construction of composite fiber structure by UAV group as the research object, this paper discusses the feasibility of autonomous construction of composite fiber structure system by UAV, explores the design method suitable for UAV self-construction, establishes UAV real-time control system and visual interface platform. Based on the relevant research results, the field construction test of the composite fiber structure is carried out to demonstrate and summarize the key technologies suitable for the independent construction of the composite fiber structure of UAV.
