地表水环境质量水质自动监测站运维技术探讨 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,黄河沿线各省加大地表水环境质量水质自动监测站建设,为水质监测、预警、目标考核及生态补偿提供强有力的技术支持。同时,水站运维管理水平显著提高,保证环境监测的“真、准、全”。由于水站站点数量多,覆盖范围广,水体类型复杂多样,因而对承担运维的机构与人员在管理及技术方面提出更高要求。该文就提高运维管理水平,通过技术和管理层面进行探讨。 Ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin for the sake of protecting the environmental quality of surface water is an important part in improving the happiness index of the masses. In recent years,the provinces along the Yellow River have increased the construction of automatic monitoring stations for surface water environmental quality and water quality, providing strong technical support for water quality monitoring, early warning, target assessment and ecological compensation. At the same time, the management level of operation and maintenance of water stations has been significantly improved, ensuring the "truthfulness, accuracy and completeness" of environmental monitoring.Due to the large number of water stations, wide coverage and complex and diverse water types, higher requirements are put forward for the institutions and personnel responsible for operation and maintenance in terms of management and technology.This paper discusses how to improve the management level of operation and maintenance through the level of technology and management.
