人本主义学习理论视角下学生“减负”困境研究

摘要 “减负”,即减轻学生的学业负担,推进学生的素质教育,促进学生的全面发展。我国“减负”工作一直在进行,是何原因导致“减负”变“增负”,如何才能走出“减负”怪圈?文章以人本主义学习理论为视角,以学生的实际需要作为出发点,探讨“减负”问题产生的原因,重新审视了家长对孩子期望值过高,造成学业负担的负面影响,并提出相应解决措施,塑造学生健康人格。 “Burden-reduction” is to reduce students’ academic burden, improve students’ quality education, and promote students’ all-round development. The “burden-reduction” work has been going on all the time. What causes “burden-reduction” to become “burden-increase”, and how can we get out of the strange cycle of “burden-reduction”? Starting from the actual needs of students, this paper discusses the causes of the problem of “burden reduction” from the perspective of Humanistic Learning Theory, reexamines the negative impact of parents’ high expectations on their children, and puts forward corresponding solutions to shape students’ healthy personality.
