新时代中小学校本研修评价导向探略 被引量:1

摘要 建设高质量的教育体系,需要建设一支高素质专业化的教师队伍。校本研修作为以学校为主导,以教师为主体,以本校资源为基础,通过自主研修促进教师专业发展、提高学校整体教学水平的教师培训模式,是中小学内部的一种制度安排,在教师培训中占有重要地位。当前,“双减”政策的落地亟待中小学校本研修的实践创新;“国培计划”精准培训和高质量培训的工作要求,需要优化校本研修评价体系、转变校本研修评价导向,充分发挥“评价指挥棒”的作用,以评促研、以评促学。因此,文章着眼于新时代中小学校本研修评价导向中存在的问题,在评价实践、方法、手段、标准、要求等五个方面展开讨论,以期明晰中小学校本研修评价在教育高质量发展背景下的实践路径,为未来中小学校本研修评价体系的构建提供思路。 To build a high-quality education system, it is necessary to build high-quality professional teaching staff. As a school-led, teacher-centered training model that takes the resources of the school as the basis, school-based training can promote the professional development of teachers and improve the overall teaching level of the school through independent training and research. It is an institutional arrangement within primary and secondary schools, and plays an important role in teacher training. At present, the implementation of the “double-reduction” policy urgently needs the practical innovation of school-based training and research in primary and secondary schools;The work requirements of “National Training Program” for precise training and high-quality training need to optimize the evaluation system of school-based training, change its evaluation orientation, and give full play to its role of “evaluation baton” to promote research and learning through evaluation. Focusing on the problems existing in the evaluation orientation of school-based training in primary and secondary schools in the new era, the paper discusses the evaluation practice, methods, means, standards, and requirements, with a view to clarifying the practice path for school-based training evaluation in primary and secondary schools under the background of high-quality development of education, and providing ideas for the construction of school-based training evaluation system in primary and secondary schools in the future.
