“去小学化”背景下幼儿教师教学的现实困境与支持路径

摘要 文章基于幼儿园“去小学化”背景,采用质性研究方法,对幼儿教师教学进行分析后发现存在以下现实困难:幼儿教师教学工作内容增多,考核标准却未变;教师专业能力不足;教学观念更新较慢;家长工作难度增加等。因此,幼儿园应该开展以下支持路径以解决这些现实困难:组织教师业务学习,提升其专业能力;改变评价标准,将教师日常工作纳入评价体系;组织开展家长学校工作等。 Based on the background of “de-primary school” in kindergartens, this paper adopts qualitative research methods to analyze the teaching of nursery teachers and finds the following practical difficulties: the teaching content of nursery teachers has increased, but the assessment standards have not changed;teachers’ professional ability is insufficient;the renewal of teaching concept is slow;the difficulty of parents’ work has increased. In view of these practical difficulties, teachers must conduct professional learning to improve their professional ability;change the evaluation criteria, and bring teachers’ daily work into the evaluation system;Kindergartens organize parents’ school work and other support paths.
