社会网络在个体成长发展中有着举足轻重的作用,它深刻影响着人的发展变化。文章将社会网络分为原生家庭和重要他人两类,通过电视剧《知否知否》与《都挺好》中主人公成长经历,详细分析社会网络系统影响个体成长发展的理论基础,结合当前学校思政工作实际,着眼于青少年思想的转变、环境的影响、关键人物的引导等几方面内容,探讨思政工作的改进方向,以期提升学校思政教育工作的针对性、实效性和深入性。

Social networks play a pivotal role in individual growth and development, which has a profound impact on human development and change. This paper divides social networks into two categories: family of origin and significant others. Through the growth experiences of the protagonists in TV series “The Story of Minglan” and “All Is Well”, it analyzes in detail the the theoretical basis of the influence of social network system on individual growth and development. Combined with the actual ideological and political work in schools, this paper discusses the improvement direction of ideological and political work by focusing on the transformation of young people’s thoughts, the influence of the environment and the guidance of key figures, with a view to enhancing the pertinence, effectiveness and profoundness of ideological and political education in schools.
