摘要
目的了解四川省天府新区小学生龋齿患病情况,分析龋齿对儿童生长发育的影响,为儿童龋齿防控工作提供科学依据。方法利用2020年四川省天府新区小学生健康体检数据,收集小学生龋齿、身高、体质量等信息,采用SPSS 16.0统计学软件分析小学生龋齿患病情况、生长发育情况,比较患龋组和无龋组小学生生长发育的差异。结果2020年天府新区小学生龋患率为42.26%,龋均为(1.26±2.08)颗,龋充填构成比为11.48%。生长迟缓、消瘦、超质量和肥胖检出率分别为0.39%、4.92%、13.62%和12.26%。患龋组小学生平均身高、体质量和BMI均低于无龋组,生长迟缓检出率高于无龋组,超质量和肥胖检出率低于无龋组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论四川省天府新区小学生龋患率高、充填率低。儿童龋齿可能影响其生长发育,需采取综合干预措施,减少儿童龋齿发生。
Objective To understand the prevalence of dental caries among pupils in Sichuan Tianfu New Area and analyze the effect of dental caries on the growth and development of children to provide evidence for the prevention and control of dental caries in children.Methods The data from the health examination of pupils in Sichuan Tianfu New Area in 2020 were used to collect information on dental caries,height,and body weight of pupils.SPSS 16.0 was adopted to analyze the prevalence and growth and development of dental caries in pupils.The differences in the growth and development of pupils in the caries group and the caries-free group were compared.Results In 2020,the caries rate of pupils in the Tianfu New Area was 42.26%,the number of caries was 1.26±2.08,and the constituent ratio of caries filling was 11.48%.The detection rates of growth retardation,emaciation,overweight,and obesity were 0.39%,4.92%,13.62%,and 12.26%,respectively.The mean height,body weight,and BMI of pupils in the caries group were lower than those in the caries-free group,the detection rate of growth retardation was higher than that in the caries-free group,and the detection rate of overweight and obesity was lower than that in the caries-free group,all with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion The caries rate of pupils in the Tianfu New Area is high and the filling rate remains low.Dental caries in children may affect their growth and development,and comprehensive interventions are needed to reduce the occurrence of dental caries in children.
