成都市某区一起输入性新冠肺炎聚集性疫情分析 被引量:1

Analysis of COVID-19 case clusters of one imported COVID-19 case in a district of Chengdu city

摘要 目的对一起输入性新冠肺炎聚集性疫情的处置进行回顾性分析,为新冠肺炎疫情防控提供借鉴与参考。方法选取成都市某区2020年1月的一起输入性新冠肺炎聚集性疫情,对流行病学资料采用回顾性分析,分析其传染源、传播链等。结果5例新冠肺炎确诊病例呈现聚集性且均有湖北暴露史。发病时间分布为1月25日3例,1月26日1例,2月2日1例;2例伴发热,3例伴咳嗽;5例淋巴细胞计数均正常,1例白细胞计数下降;年龄最小31岁,最大59岁,中位数33岁;5例病例从入院到治愈出院时间中位数为41 d,其中有2例中途出现复阳现象,5例病例从发病到解除隔离时间中位数为82 d。结论该起聚集性疫情以病例发热、咳嗽等为首发症状,病例肺部CT均呈现程度不同的炎症表现,提示新冠肺炎的首发症状并非均为发热。该起聚集性疫情进一步验证了常态化疫情监测的重大意义,同时证明了在疫情防控工作中加强医院、隔离场所症状监测的重要性,应做到早发现、早诊断、早报告、早隔离、早治疗。 Objective To retrospectively analyze COVID-19 case clusters of one imported COVID-19 case to provide a reference for the prevention and control of COVID-19.Methods COVID-19 case clusters of one imported COVID-19 case in a district of Chengdu city from January 2020 were selected.The epidemiological data were retrospectively analyzed to investigate source of infection and the transmission channels.Results A total of 5 confirmed COVID-19 cases showed clustering and all of them had a history of exposure to Hubei province.The distribution of onset time was January 25 in 3 cases,January 26 in 1 case,and February 2 in 1 case,with 2 cases presenting fever and 3 cases presenting cough.All the patients(5 cases)had normal lymphocyte counts and 1 patient had decreased total white blood cell counts;with the age ranging from 31 to 59 and a median age of 33.The median time from admission to discharge was 41 days in 5 patients,during which 2 patients tested positive for COVID-19 after recovery,and the median time from onset to the lifting of quarantine was 82 days.Conclusion Fever and cough were the initial symptoms of the COVID-19 case clusters,and lung CT showed different degrees of inflammation,suggesting that the initial symptoms of COVID-19 were not always fever.This COVID-19 case cluster further verities the great significance of regular epidemic surveillance and proves the importance of strengthening symptom surveillance in hospitals and quarantine facilities in epidemic prevention and control,and early detection,diagnosis,reporting,quarantine,and treatment should be observed.
