基于压力单元法的管网流动计算方法

摘要 为了对化工流程进行模拟,需要对管网系统中的流体流动进行模拟计算。复杂的管网流动存在分支、汇流、并流及环流等情况。文中提出了一种基于压力单元法的管网流动计算方法。算法将每个多条管路的汇集点作为一个压力点,此压力点通过管路与周围的压力点连接形成一个压力单元。根据压力点流量总和为0,对压力点的势能进行求解计算。通过对管网中各压力点的反复计算,可以求得各点的势能。在迭代计算的过程中,基于对函数特点的分析,使用弦截法进行计算,提高了迭代的计算速度。应用压力单元法,通过分析管网的结构,能够对流动中的压力、流量进行建模和计算求解。对流动实例的应用研究显示软件能够很好地计算系统中的流动,对于各种流动情况均能进行正确的模拟,证明了算法的可靠性和实用性。算法具有应用面广、收敛性好、计算速度快等特点,可应用于稳态及动态流动模拟。 In order to simulate the chemical process,it is necessary to simulate the fluid flow in the pipe network system.The complex flow situation of pipe network includes branches,confluence parallel flow and circulation.A method for calculating the flow in a pipe network based on the pressure element method was presented.The assembly point of each pipeline was used as a pressure point,and the pressure point was connected with the pressure points around the pipeline to form a pressure unit.The potential energy of pressure point was calculated according to the zero sum of pressure flow.Through the repeated calculation of pressure points in the pipe network,the potential energy of each point can be obtained.In the process of iterative calculation,based on the analysis of the characteristics of the function,the method of chord truncation was used to improve the calculation speed.Through the analysis of the structure of the pipe network,it can be used to model and calculate the pressure and flow in the flow.The application of the flow example shows that the software can be used to calculate the flow in the system,and the simulation results can be used to simulate the flow.The algorithm has many advantages such as wide application,good convergence and fast computation speed.It can be applied to the simulation of static and dynamic flow.
