依托职教集团促进产业学院高质量发展的路径探析

An Analysis of The Way to Promote the High-Quality Development of Industrial College by Relying on Vocational Education Group

产业学院是职业院校产教融合深度发展的产物,职教集团是产业学院成立和发展的重要前置基础。依托职教集团发展是国内优秀产业学院建设的共同经验,同时产业学院高质量发展的内涵要求与职业教育集团实体化发展的要求高度吻合。结合国家《现代产业学院建设指南(试行)》中有关要求,在职业集团下实现产业学院高质量发展,应当包括高质量的合作组织方式、运作模式、质量评价机制等三方面内涵要求。当前依托职业集团促进产业学院高质量发展应当明确定位,探索符合自身特色的高质量合作组织方式,细化制度,探索多元主体有效参与的高质量运作模式,多元监控,建立高质量的质量监控评价体系。

Industrial college is the product of the deep development of the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges while vocational education group is an important foundation for the establishment and development of industrial colleges. Relying on the development of vocational education group is the common experience of the construction of outstanding industrial colleges in China. Meanwhile, the connotation requirements of the high-quality development of industrial colleges are highly consistent with the requirements of the concrete development of vocational education groups. According to the relevant requirements in the National Guidelines for the Construction of Modern Industrial Colleges(Trial), realizing the high-quality development of industrial colleges under vocational groups should include three connotation requirements, such as high-quality cooperative organization mode, operation mode and quality evaluation mechanism. At present, to promote the high-quality development of industrial colleges by relying on vocational groups, we should clarify the positioning, explore the high-quality cooperative organization mode in line with our own characteristics, refine the system, explore the high-quality operation mode with effective participation of multiple subjects, and establish a high-quality quality monitoring and evaluation system.
