“一带一路”倡议背景下高职院校“走出去”的矛盾及实践探索

The Contradiction and Practical Exploration of Higher Vocational Colleges Going Global under the Background of Belt and Road Initiative

“一带一路”倡议的提出不仅为国内高职院校“走出去”带来了空前的机遇,也带来了严峻的挑战。当前“一带一路”倡议背景下,高职院校“走出去”仍面临着政策配套衔接不当、内生动力缺乏、多元主体协同不足、高职教育供需失衡等一系列现实矛盾,因此,还需从配套政策保障、动力体系建设、协同治理驱动、职教标准确立等四个方面出发,探索“一带一路”倡议背景下高职院校“走出去”的实践路径,以降低高职院校“走出去”的潜藏风险,为高职院校高质量、内涵式发展提供有力支持。

The Belt and Road Initiative has not only brought unprecedented opportunities but also severe challenges to the going global of domestic higher vocational colleges. At present higher vocational colleges are still facing a series of practical contradictions, such as improper policy support, lack of endogenous motivation, insufficient coordination of multiple subjects, and imbalance between supply and demand of higher vocational education. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the practical path from the four aspects of policy guarantee, system construction, collaborative governance, and vocational education standard, so as to reduce the potential risk and provide strong support for the high-quality and connotative development of higher vocational colleges.
