高职院校大数据技术专业“岗课赛证一体化”人才培养体系的创新研究

随着大数据时代的来临,各行各业都发生了巨大的变化,社会也在不断改变对人才的需求。因此,高职院校要做到与时俱进,对人才培养体系进行改革和创新,培养出符合新型社会要求的人才,让学生得到自由、均衡、全面发展。利用“岗课赛证一体化”教学方式,可以为未来数字化建设发展提供充裕的人才储备。文章先指出“岗课赛证一体化”的内涵及人才培养的特点,并针对大数据技术专业人才培养体系建设面临的困境展开阐述,最后分析大数据技术专业“岗课赛证一体化”人才培养体系创新的策略。
