摘要
为了解决气体涡轮流量计在不同温度下出现计量偏差,特别是在极限温度-25℃下,计量偏差尤其严重的问题,通过对比试验与数据分析发现:(1)在不同温度下,涡轮流量计的示值误差曲线是不同的,基本变化为随着温度的降低,示值误差会从正偏差转为负偏差,小流量表现最为明显;(2)通过选用抗低温润滑油能够极大改善低温计量性能负偏差,基本解决低温下计量不合格问题。
Gas turbine flowmeters have measurement deviations at different temperatures, especially at extreme temperatures.Through experimental analysis:(1)The indication error curve of the turbine flowmeter is different at different temperatures. The basic change is that with the decrease of temperature, the indication error will change from positive deviation to negative deviation, and the performance of small flow is the most obvious;(2) By selecting anti-low temperature lubricating oil, the negative deviation of low temperature measurement performance can be greatly improved, and the problem of unqualified measurement at low temperature can be basically solved.
