摘要
镇海炼化四硫磺主风机K101A/B采用的是离心式鼓风机,该设备为硫磺装置酸性气反应炉和焚烧炉燃烧提供空气,是硫磺装置十分重要的设备。由于离心式鼓风机具有喘振特性,喘振对鼓风机具有严重的破坏性,一旦发生,后果严重,轻则影响装置平稳运行,重则损坏鼓风机。防喘振控制的关键是通过流量准确测量进而调节出口阀门开度。本文创新流量测量新技术,将主风机入口流量测量方式由原单支均速管流量计改为采用毕托巴“脉动技术”流量计,投用之后,彻底解决了镇海炼化四硫磺主风机喘振问题,使用效果十分显著。
The fourth sulfur main fan K101A/B of Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. adopts centrifugal blower, which provides air for the combustion of sour gas reaction furnace and incinerator of sulfur unit. It is a very important equipment of sulfur unit. As the centrifugal blower has surge effect characteristics, surge effect is seriously destructive to the blower. Once it occurs, the consequences are serious, ranging from affecting the smooth operation of the device to damaging the blower. The key of anti surge control is to adjust the opening of outlet valve through accurate flow measurement. This paper innovates the new flow measurement technology, and changes the flow measurement method at the inlet of the main fan from the original single averaging tube flowmeter to the BiTOBAR flowmeter with pulsation technology. After putting into use, the surge problem of the main fan of the fourth sulfur in Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. is completely solved, and the using effect is very remarkable.
