摘要
样机的选择是设备鉴定过程中的必要工作,其代表性直接关系到鉴定试验结论是否能有效外推至正式设备。核级压力变送器是核电站控制系统中最为常用的安全级仪表,数量及规格型号多样。本文对IEEE和NB/T标准中设备鉴定样机代表性的准则进行分析,结合核级压力变送器的研发和鉴定实践,分析了样机代表性选择的要素,提出了具体的选型方法,用于指导设备鉴定工作。
The selection of the specimen is mandatory during the qualification activities, the representative of the specimen will impact the test data by extending the application of similar equipment. The pressure transmitter is the most important instrument of I&C system, with a variety of different types, and widely-used in the nuclear power plants. In terms of the research & design of safety pressure transmitter, this paper introduced the descriptions of specimen representative in IEEE and NB/T standards, analyzed the specimen selection factors, and proposed the specified selection methods, to guide the qualification test practices.
