摘要 火电厂广泛利用皮带进行物料的传送,其纠偏控制器容易发生失灵,导致皮带无法正常纠偏。本文通过分析在恶劣环境下普通跑偏开关的缺点,提出了一种新型智能皮带纠偏控制方案,采用OPENCV图像识别技术,实现了非接触式检测控制,解决了机械式跑偏开关失灵拒误动问题,具有判断精准,安全智能,使用寿命长,低功耗、低成本的特点。研究及应用以国家能源集团华蓥山电厂为基础,用以改装脱水滤布跑偏开关,提高了脱水皮带运行可靠性和脱水效果。 Thermal power plants widely use belts to convey materials, and the deviation correction controller is prone to failure, resulting in the failure of the belt to correct deviation normally. In this paper, by analyzing the shortcomings of ordinary deviation switches in harsh environments, a new type of intelligent belt deviation correction control scheme is proposed. Using OPENCV image recognition technology, non-contact detection control is realized, and the failure of mechanical deviation switches is solved. It has the characteristics of accurate judgment, safety and intelligence, long service life, low power consumption and low cost. The research and application are based on the Huayingshan Power Plant of the National Energy Group, which is used to modify the deviation switch of the dewatering filter cloth, which improves the operation reliability and dewatering effect of the dewatering belt.
