摘要 本文是近年陆续发生多起除尘器灰斗垮塌事件下,依据国资委、国家能源局以及各大电力集团对灰斗料位计提出的要求,总结和探索出一些行之有效的改进和技术创新,确实能够提高灰斗料位计的可靠性,为各个火电厂提供借鉴。重点说明了核子料位计的日常检查和维护,以及在相关标准空白的情况下的一些做法,实际验证这些做法是必不可少的。 This article is more dust ash hopper collapse incidents occur in succession in recent years, on the basis of state-owned assets supervision and administration commission, the National Energy Administration, as well as the major power group of ash hopper material level meter request, summarize and explore some effective improvement and technical innovation, can improve the reliability of ash hopper material level meter, serve as a reference for each power plant. This paper focuses on the daily inspection and maintenance of nuclear level meter, and some of their own practices in the absence of relevant standards. It is essential to verify these practices.
