摘要
在电力行业中,现场工作区域覆盖面积广,作业区域大,依靠传统的方式对施工现场进行违章纠错,需要消耗巨大的人力、物力且效率低下,因此建立一套以计算机AI为基础的智能视频监控系统,实现对施工现场的危险行为进行抓拍并提醒安全监管人员迫在眉睫。本系统通过特征提取实现对危险区域运动目标的检测,通过神经网络模型实现生产现场人员是否佩戴安全帽进行判别。系统应用表明,该系统能够实现电力行业关键区域的异常行为抓拍,有效确保人员在生产现场的安全。
In the power industry, the on-site work area covers a wide area and the operation area is large. Relying on the traditional way to correct violations on the construction site requires huge human and material resources and is inefficient. Therefore, it is urgent to establish an intelligent video monitoring system based on computer AI to capture dangerous behaviors entering the construction site and remind the safety inspectors of monitoring in the intelligent monitoring system. The system detects moving objects in dangerous areas through feature extraction, and judges whether the personnel on the production site wear safety helmets through neural network model. The application of the system shows that the system can realize the intelligent monitoring of key areas in the power industry and effectively ensure the safety of personnel on the production site.
