摘要
通过对CSI6300超速保护系统运行中多次超速停机信号误发及转速跳变的问题进行分析,提出通过增加回路报警、超速保护信号优化、模拟量上传DCS系统等方法,提高超速保护系统的可靠性。经过线路故障、监测卡断电、电源故障、转速偏差、超速等试验,对优化后超速保护系统可靠性不存在保护误动和拒动风险,大大提高超速保护系统的可靠性和稳定性。
By analyzing the problem of multiple overspeed stop signals and speed hopping in the CSI6300 overspeed protection system, it is proposed to improve the reliability of the overspeed protection system by increasing the loop alarm, optimizing the overspeed protection signal, uploading analog to DCS systems. After the line failure, monitor card power off, electricity failure, speed deviation, overspeed, etc, the reliability of overspeed protection system after optimization, there is no protection of mishand and reject risk, greatly enhances the reliability and stability of overspeed protection system.
