摘要 近年来,广东沿海地带多次遭受强台风袭击,电网也因此受到了不同程度的冲击和损害。为提高电网故障时的自愈能力,迅速恢复电网供电,保障发电厂厂用电供电,FCB功能的实现引起了电网及电厂越来越高的重视。本文通过逻辑优化、3S离合器脱扣难题分析及解决方法、FCB试验过程及参数优化建议4个方面论述国内首台安萨尔多AE94.3A型F级单轴燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组FCB试验过程,为单轴燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组FCB试验积累了宝贵的经验。 In recent years, the coastal areas of Guangdong have been hit by strong typhoons for many times, and the power grid has been impacted and damaged to varying degrees. In order to improve the self-healing ability in case of power grid failure, quickly restore the power supply of power grid and ensure the auxiliary power supply of power plant, the realization of FCB function has attracted more and more attention of power grid and power plant. This paper discusses the FCB test process of the first Ansaldo AE94.3A class F single shaft gas steam combined cycle unit in China from four aspects: logic optimization, analysis and solution of 3S clutch tripping problem, FCB test process and parameter optimization suggestions, which has accumulated valuable experience for the FCB test of single shaft gas steam combined cycle unit.
