摘要
针对光伏电站巡检与缺陷诊断受制于复杂地形的问题,基于旋翼无人机、激光雷达高精度定位技术的光伏电站智能巡检与缺陷诊断策略,成为当前较为有效的解决方案。本文通过采用激光雷达技术,获取光伏电厂三维空间结构,构建立体巡检体系,实现基于高精度三维地图的准确、主动路线规划,无人机自主控制飞行,并对巡检照片自动归档与缺陷智能识别,从而实现巡检手段智能化、巡检标准规范化、业务管理闭环化,进一步提高光伏电厂的运维水平。
In view of the problem that the inspection and defect diagnosis of photovoltaic power plants are subject to complex terrain, the intelligent inspection and defect diagnosis strategy of photovoltaic power plants based on the high-precision positioning technology of rotary-wing UAV and lidar has become a more effective solution at present. In this paper, by using lidar technology, the three-dimensional spatial structure of photovoltaic power plants is obtained, and a three-dimensional inspection system is constructed to realize accurate and active route planning based on high-precision three-dimensional maps, autonomous control of drone flight, and automatic filing of inspection photos and defect intelligence. Identification, so as to realize intelligent inspection methods, standardized inspection standards, closed-loop business management, and further improve the operation and maintenance level of photovoltaic power plants.
