乳腺癌内分泌治疗患者疾病健康知识掌握现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of disease knowledge status and influencing factors in patients with breast cancer undergoing endocrine therapy

目的调查乳腺癌内分泌治疗患者疾病健康知识掌握现状,并分析其影响因素。方法应用一般资料调查表和乳腺癌内分泌治疗相关知识问卷,采用目的抽样法在辽宁省2家三级甲等医院抽取286名患者进行调查。通过单因素分析及多元线性回归分析影响乳腺癌内分泌治疗患者疾病知识掌握情况的因素。结果共回收有效问卷242份,乳腺癌内分泌治疗患者疾病健康知识得分为31~105分,平均得分为(79.79±14.49)分,47.1%的患者疾病知识得分低于平均水平;教育水平、目前工作情况、职业、医疗支出负担、家庭成员总收入、医疗保险种类是患者疾病健康知识掌握水平的影响因素。结论乳腺癌患者疾病健康知识掌握程度处于中等偏下的水平,教育程度低、医疗费用负担高的患者疾病知识掌握程度较差,应将其作为健康教育的重点对象,提高疾病健康知识的掌握程度。

Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of disease knowledge in patients with breast cancer undergoing endocrine therapy.Methods A total of 286 patients from two first-class hospitals in Liaoning province were selected by continuous sampling method using the general data questionnaire and questionnaire on breast cancer endocrine therapy-related knowledge.Results The mean score of disease knowledge in patients undergoing endocrine therapy for breast cancer was 79.79±14.49;47.1%of the patients had a score lower than the average score,which was in the middle level.Occupational influence,education level,working status,medical expense burden,total family income,and medical payment mode on disease knowledge were statistically significant factors affecting the disease knowledge score(P<0.05).The multiple factor analysis showed that the education level of patients and medical expense burden were the main factors affecting disease knowledge.Conclusion The patients with breast cancer undergoing endocrine therapy have poor disease knowledge,and education on disease knowledge in patients with breast cancer undergoing endocrine therapy is immediately needed.
