摘要
近年来大量研究表明针灸可有效调控神经功能。神经可塑性被认为是针灸发挥作用的基础之一,针灸可在多个水平调控神经可塑性。本研究以近年来针灸调控神经可塑性的相关文献为基础,初步探讨针灸调控神经可塑性的作用机制,其作用机制具体包括改善突触传递效能、促进神经发生和突触再生、调整神经环路和脑网络的结构和功能等。针灸作为一种非侵入性神经调控技术,目前许多关于针灸调控神经可塑性的研究尚处于动物实验阶段,今后应积极开展相关的临床应用研究,通过借助影像技术、分子生物技术和电生理技术等进一步阐释针灸调控神经可塑性作用机制。针灸调控神经可塑性作用机制的进一步阐明,可完善针灸作用机制理论体系,为针灸在临床的广泛应用提供证据支持。
Recently,many researches show that acupuncture can effectively regulate neurological function.Neuroplasticity is considered as one of the bases of acupuncture playing the role,it can regulate neuroplasticity at multiple levels.This study preliminarily discussed the mechanisms of acupuncture regulating neuroplasticity based on the related literature in recent years.Potential mechanisms include improving synaptic transmission efficiency,promoting neurogenesis and synaptic regeneration,and adjusting the structure and function of neural circuits and brain networks.As a non-invasive nerve regulation technology,many researches on acupuncture regulating nerve plasticity are still in the animal experimental stage.In the future,relevant clinical researches should be actively carried out to further explain the mechanism of acupuncture in regulating neuroplasticity by medical imaging technology,molecular biotechnology and electrophysiological technology.Elucidating the mechanism of acupuncture in regulating neuroplasticity can improve the theoretical system of acupuncture mechanism and provide evidence to support the wide clinical applications of acupuncture.
