低频经皮穴位电刺激联合平衡针与脑机接口技术对脑卒中患者上肢运动功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨低频经皮穴位电刺激联合平衡针与脑机接口技术对脑卒中患者上肢功能的影响。方法:选取2017年8月-2020年8月由邢台市第三医院康复医学科收治的120例脑卒中后上肢运动功能障碍患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将所有入选患者分为试验组60例和常规组60例,其中常规组患者采用常规康复治疗方案,试验组患者在常规康复治疗基础上加用低频经皮穴位电刺激联合平衡针与脑机接口技术治疗,评价并比较两组患者治疗前后上肢功能恢复情况。结果:治疗4周后试验组患者的改良Fugl-Meyer量表上肢部分(FMA-UE)评分、功能运动评定量表(MAS)上肢功能评分、MAS手部运动评分、MAS手精细动作评分、腕掌屈肌力、腕背伸肌力和改良Barthel指数(MBI)与治疗前比较均明显升高,肘关节改良Ashworth评分、腕关节改良Ashworth评分与治疗前比较均明显降低,且治疗后的上述上肢功能评分均明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脑卒中伴上肢功能障碍患者的康复治疗中增加使用低频经皮穴位电刺激联合平衡针与脑机接口技术能更为明显地提高患者上肢运动功能和日常生活活动能力。 Objective:To explore the effect of low frequency transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with balance acupuncture and brain computer interface technology on upper limb function of stroke patients.Methods:120 patients with upper limb motor dysfunction after stroke were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the study group(n=60)and the conventional group(n=60).The conventional group was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy;on which basis,the study group was also treated with low-frequency transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with balance acupuncture and brain computer interface technology.The recovery of upper limb function before and after the treatment was evaluated and compared in the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of modified Fugl Meyer upper extremity(FMA-UE),motor assessment scale(MAS)of upper extremity,MAS of hand,MAS of hand fine motion,wrist palmar flexion muscle strength,wrist dorsal extension muscle strength and modified Barthel Index(MBI)were significantly higher,and the modified Ashworth score of wrist joint was significantly lower than those before the treatment in the study group;the above upper limb function scores were significantly better in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low frequency transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with balance acupuncture and brain computer interface technology can significantly improve upper limb motor function and activities of daily living in the rehabilitation of stroke patients with upper limb dysfunction.
