基于数据挖掘针灸治疗胰岛素抵抗的选穴规律研究

Exploring Acupoints Selection of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treatment of IR Based on Data Mining

目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗胰岛素抵抗的用穴特点和规律,并探讨高频核心穴位的用穴思路和内在病机。方法:通过检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、重庆维普全文数据库(VIP)以及中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)中有关针灸治疗胰岛素抵抗的相关文献,建立针灸组方数据库,采用频次统计、关联规则分析和聚类分析等统计方法分析组方用穴规律。结果:共纳入组方163首,涉及穴位133个,分析发现选用腧穴以足三里、三阴交与天枢使用频次最高,所选腧穴遍布十四经,以足阳明胃经、任脉与足太阳膀胱经为主,占总频次的63.00%,交会穴、五输穴和背俞穴等特定穴使用广泛,占63.04%。结论:归纳针灸治疗胰岛素抵抗的主穴常用组合规律,为临床治疗胰岛素抵抗提供循证依据。

Objective:To analyze the characteristic and acupoints selection rules of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for insulin resistance(IR),and to explore the though of applying key acupoints with high frequency and their internal mechanism.Methods:The related literature of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for IR were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and SinoMed to establish acupuncture prescription database.Acupoints selection rules and combination regularities were explored and analyzed with acupoint frequency analysis,association rule analysis and clustering analysis.Results:A total of 163 prescriptions were included,which involved 133 acupoints.It was found that the acupoints of Zusanli(ST36),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Tianshu(ST25)and Zhongwan(RN12)were used with highest frequencies.All acupoints selected distributed in 14 meridians,especially Stomach Merdian of Foot Yangming,Ren Channel and Bladder Meridian of Foot Taiyang,with a total frequency of 63.00%.The special acupoints included confluent points,five-Shu points and back-Shu points,accounting for 63.04%.Conclusion:This study summarized the regular acupoints selection and acupoints compatibility of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for IR,which provided evidence-based references in clinical treatment of IR.
