左氏温阳针法配合刺络放血治疗妇科瘀血证经验浅析

Analysis on ZUO s Warming-Yang Acupuncture Combined with Collaterals Bloodletting in Treating Gynecological Blood Stasis Syndrome

笔者受我国著名针灸学家左常波教授“调气、调血、调经筋、治神--三调一治”观点的启发,在临床中运用左氏温阳针法配合刺络放血治疗妇科瘀血证,取得了较好的疗效。本研究总结并分析了左氏温阳针法的针刺处方组成、针法立法立意、功效主治范围、刺络放血的原理、操作部位选择和操作要点,并附上验案一则,以期为针灸治疗妇科瘀血证提供一种新的思路和行之有效的治疗方法。

Inspired by the idea of three-regulation and one-harmonization of‘regulating Qi,regulating Blood,regulating meridian sinew and treating Shen,which was put forward by Professor ZUO Changbo,the author uses ZUO s warming-Yang acupuncture combined with collaterals bloodletting to treat gynecological blood stasis syndrome and has achieved a good clinical effect.This study summarized and analyzed the acupuncture prescription,the conception of the needling manipulation,the efficacy and the indications of ZUO s warming-Yang acupuncture;it also summarized the principle,the selection of the operation site and the operation of collaterals bloodletting.A clinical medical case is attached to prove its effectiveness,aiming to provide an effective acupuncture treatment method for gynecological blood stasis syndrome.
