针灸治疗视神经萎缩机制研究进展

Mechanism Research Progress of Acupuncture in Treating OA

视神经萎缩是不可逆性的致盲性眼病,近年来研究证实针灸治疗视神经萎缩有肯定的临床疗效,但机制尚不明确。本研究通过检索针灸治疗视神经萎缩机制的文献研究,对其神经生物学机制进行综述。发现针灸通过调节视觉中枢生物电活动、眼部血液微循环、神经节细胞凋亡、视网膜内神经递质及相关信号通路5个方面改善视神经萎缩;同时,本研究对近年来针灸治疗视神经萎缩机制研究存在的问题和不足进行总结,以期为针灸治疗视神经萎缩的临床应用与研究提供新依据及新思路。

Optic atrophy(OA)is an irreversible blinding eye disease.In recent years,studies have proved that acupuncture has a positive clinical effect on OA,but the mechanism is still unclear.This study reviewed the neurobiological mechanism of acupuncture in treating OA.It was found that acupuncture could improve OA by regulating electrical activity of visual center,blood microcirculation,ganglion cell apoptosis,neurotransmitter and related signal pathway in retina.Meanwhile,this study summarized the problems and shortcomings in the mechanism of acupuncture in treating OA in recent years,in order to provide new basis and new ideas for the clinical application and research of acupuncture in treatment of OA.
