摘要
合流制溢流污染是城市水环境治理进程中需要长期应对的难题。以物理化学法为核心的快速净化处理可有效削减入河污染物总量,降低水体雨后黑臭风险,符合我国政策要求和行业发展需要。阐述了一级强化、旋流分离和快速过滤技术用于合流制溢流污染快速净化处理的进展情况,介绍了国内外典型工程案例,并有针对性地提出了推进快速净化措施实施的建议。
Combined sewer overflow pollution is a long-term problem in the process of urban water environment control. The high-rate treatments based on physical and chemical methods can effectively reduce the pollutant load into rivers and the risk of black and odorous after rain, which meets national policy requirements and industry development needs. The progress of chemically enhanced primary treatment, hydrodynamic vortex separation and high-rate filtration for high-rate treatments of combined sewer overflow are summarized, and typical engineering cases here and abroad are introduced, while some customized suggestions are given.
