摘要
为提高芫花扦插成活率,加快芫花繁育进程,以芫花一年生枝条为材料,研究了植物生长调节剂浓度和母株树龄对芫花扦插的影响。结果表明:芫花插穗生根率以1000 mg/L植物生长调节剂(IBA∶NAA=1∶1,二者总浓度之和)处理效果最好,最高可达84%;高浓度植物生长调节剂(750 mg/L以上)处理时,生根数随着浓度增加而减少,但750 mg/L与1000 mg/L处理差异不显著;二年生母株插条的生根率和生根数均大于五年生母株,且差异显著;植物生长调节剂浓度和母株树龄对根长的影响很小。
In order to improve the survival rate of cutting and speed up the breeding process of Daphne genkwa,the effects of plant growth regulator concentration and mother plant age on cutting of Daphne genkwa were studied with annual branches of Daphne genkwa as materials.The result showed that when the concentration of plant growth regulator was 1000 mg/L(IBA∶NAA=1∶1,the sum of the two concentrations),the rooting rate of Daphne genkwa cuttings was the best reaching 84%.In the treatment of plant growth regulator with high concentration(above 750 mg/L),the root number decreased with the increase of the concentration,but there was no significant difference between 750 mg/L and 1000 mg/L treatments.The rooting rate and root number of cuttings from 2-year-old mother plants were higher than those from 5-year-old mother plants,and the difference was significant.The concentration of plant growth regulator and the age of mother plant had little effect on root length.
