摘要
为探讨有机肥不同施用量对金荞麦鲜根茎产量及主要成分的影响,采用单因素随机区组设计开展了田间试验,收获时实测小区金荞麦鲜根茎产量,取样检测主要成分含量。结果表明,金荞麦鲜根茎产量和根茎表儿茶素、根茎醇溶性浸出物含量随着有机肥施用量的增加均表现出先上升后下降的变化趋势,在有机肥施用量为9000 kg/hm^(2)时,可获得较高的根茎产量和较好的品质。说明两年采收金荞麦适宜有机肥用量为9000 kg/hm^(2)左右。
In order to explore the effects of different application rates of organic fertilizer on the yield and main components of fresh rhizomes of Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara,a field experiment was conducted by using single factor randomized block design.The yield of fresh Fagopyrum dibotrys rhizomes in the plot was measured at harvest,and the content of main components was detected.The results showed that the yield of Fagopyrum dibotrys rhizomes,the epicatechin content of rhizomes,and the content of alcohol soluble extracts from rhizomes all showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of the application rate of organic fertilizer.When the application rate of organic fertilizer was 9000 kg/hm^(2),the rhizome yield was higher and the quality was better.It indicated that the suitable amount of organic fertilizer for Fagopyrum dibotrys harvested in two years was about 9000 kg/hm^(2).
