摘要
为了比较不同加工方式对鄄白芍中芍药苷含量的影响,本文采用HPLC法检测芍药苷含量,确定鄄白芍最佳加工方式,同时考察了不同部位芍药苷含量的差异。结果表明:最佳加工工艺为煮制45 min后去皮,烘干温度60℃;不同根部芍药苷含量为芍药头>须根>主根;不同纵切面芍药苷含量为韧皮部>外皮部>木质部;不同器官中芍药苷含量为根>叶>茎>花。
In order to compare the effects of different processing methods on the content of paeoniflorin in Juan Radix Paeoniae Alba,the content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC to determine the best processing method of Juan Radix Paeoniae Alba,and the differences of paeoniflorin content in different parts were investigated.The results showed that the best processing technology was cooking for 45 min,peeling and drying at 60℃.The content of paeoniflorin in different roots was as follows:peony head>fibrous root>main root.The content of paeoniflorin in different longitudinal sections was as follows:phloem>epidermis>xylem.The content of paeoniflorin in different organs was as follows:root>leaf>stem>flower.
