摘要
针对空间行波管生产数据体量庞大、关联性差、不易分析等问题,本文提出构建空间行波管数字化制造信息管理系统,用于采集、结构化存储空间行波管从零件加工到产品产出的全生产制造过程的信息,形成产品全生命周期履历。基于结构化的生产数据,一是实现空间行波管数据科学化管理,提高数据应用能力,二是用实测数据修正工程模型,预测产品性能。
Huge-amount production data, poor relevance and difficulty in analysis are the challenges for manufacturers of space traveling wave tubes(STWTs). A digital manufacturing information management system for STWTs is proposed for collecting and structured storing of the whole manufacturing process information from parts processing to products output, so that all the stored information is merged into product life cycle history. Based on the structured production data, the system enables scientific management to improve data application ability, and enables engineering model revision by using the measured data to predict product performance.
