摘要
介绍了辐射冷却型Ka频段170 W空间行波管最新研制情况,通过长寿命与高流通电子光学系统设计、高效率与高线性注波互作用综合优化技术研究、高效率能量回收与高效率辐射散热收集极设计等,研制出了带宽2 GHz、功率≥173 W、效率≥66%、饱和相移≤50°的通信用空间行波管,并完成了产品鉴定与可靠性提升试验。
The latest development of a 170 W radiation-cooled Ka-band space traveling wave tube(TWT) is introduced. Based on the design of electron optical system for long-life and high transmittance, the comprehensive optimization of beam wave interaction for high efficiency and high linearity, and the design of collector for efficient energy recovery and efficient radiative heat dissipation, a communication space TWT with bandwidth of 2 GHz, power≥173 W, efficiency≥66% and saturation phase shift ≤50° is developed. The TWT has passed through product identification and reliability improvement tests.
